I received a diagnosis of ADHD and I’m waiting for my diagnosis to confirm I’m autistic. I am so damn grateful for this method that has seriously enabled me to be so much braver. I run a company and I’m about to put myself in the best way possible. I have let go of beliefs and habits that were keeping me feeling kind of caged, and restricted. I have told everyone in my company about my diagnosis and it is so liberating in every way. The bonus I didn’t expect was to feel so much closer to my wife.
