Private Coaching for People Who
Consider Themselves ADHD or Autistic
Find calm, confidence, and clarity — without trying to fix who you are.

You don’t need fixing — you need space to breathe, to understand yourself, and to work with your brain instead of against it.

Private coaching offers a calm, confidential space to explore how your mind works, what actually supports you, and what’s getting in the way. Together we’ll find ways to:

-
manage energy, overwhelm and emotional intensity
-
build confidence, boundaries, and self-trust
-
create routines that feel natural, not forced
-
reconnect with what genuinely brings you joy and focus

I’ve worked with hundreds of neurodivergent adults from artists and entrepreneurs to parents, teachers and therapists —
all learning how to find calm in the chaos and confidence in who they already are.
You are not broken. You are brilliantly wired for something unique — let’s help you remember that
How Coaching Works
Each session is a calm, focused space to explore whatever’s showing up for you — from overwhelm and emotional regulation to work challenges, motivation, or relationships.
We’ll look beneath the noise together, so you can start understanding how your mind and body communicate — and learn how to support yourself, not fight yourself.
You don’t need to come with a plan or have everything figured out. We’ll start where you are, and go at your pace.
